PRE-SCREENING

At 2000 Miles, we conduct thorough screening assessments and rigorous testing for candidates seeking overseas employment. This process begins with an initial interview aimed at gaining deeper insights into each candidate's skills and competencies.

FINAL SELECTION & VERIFICATION

We assist our valued clients in selecting their final candidates with precision and efficiency. When needed, 2000 Miles also handles the final stages of screening and selection on behalf of the client, ensuring that all chosen candidates meet the highest standards of competence.

TRAINING & TRADE TEST

We arrange training and trade test examinations based on the specific job requirements set by the client, principal, or employer. This is done in collaboration with TESDA-accredited training and trade test centers to ensure that workers meet the necessary qualifications and competencies.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

All selected applicants must undergo a medical examination following the rigorous selection process to confirm they are fit for the job required by the client or foreign principal. These examinations are conducted in partnership with our affiliate medical centers, which are accredited by the DOH and other international health authorities.

DOCUMENT PROCESSING & PRE-DEPLOYMENT

We strictly monitor and process the necessary documentation for selected candidates, including passports, employment contracts, tax exemptions, visa stamps, clearances, and other related paperwork.

ORIENTATION SEMINAR & BRIEFING

All selected candidates for deployment are required to undergo an intensive orientation to prepare them intellectually and emotionally for the demands of their job. This orientation provides essential information about their destination country, employer terms and conditions, and other relevant details they need to know.

AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

Our team handles the booking and flight confirmation and provides airport assistance sending the workers full documentations during the departure process required by the client on the point of destination.
